Up to a total of fifteen minutes can be allowed, each speaker being allocated a maximum of five minutes, for members of the public to present a petition, ask a question or comment on any matter on the Agenda or within the remit of the Sub-Committee.

Of the meeting held on 14^th June 2023 to be approved and signed.

That the Income Management Sub-Committee notes the Council’s quarter 2 performance for 2023/24.

1.     That following review at the Communities Committee meeting on 8 November 2023, the Sub-Committee recommends to the Council the approval of the proposed Fees & Charges submitted by Freedom Leisure for 2024, covering the period 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 inclusive (Appendix 1); and

2.     To note that this report will go to the Council meeting on the 30 November 2023 for final approval.

That the Sub-Committee notes progress against the Commercial Strategy 2021-2024 and proposals for the revised strategy to be developed.

Which in the opinion of the Chair is of sufficient urgency as to warrant consideration.
