To receive details of any Members appointed to attend the meeting instead of a Member of the Committee.

To receive any declarations of interest.

Up to a total of fifteen minutes can be allowed, each speaker being allocated a maximum of five minutes, for members of the public to present a petition, ask a question or comment on any matter on the Agenda or within the remit of the Committee.

Of the meeting held on 6^th June 2022 to be approved and signed.

That the Committee:

1.      Confirms the preferred projects and gives permission to submit an application by the deadline of 1 August 2022; and

2.      Authorises the Managing Director to oversee the final bid documentation in consultation with the Chair and Vice Chair of the Committee and to ensure timely submission.

That the Committee note the activities undertaken in museums in 2021-22 and the impact made.

That the Committee notes the Council’s quarter 1 performance for 2022/23.

Which in the opinion of the Chair is of sufficient urgency as to warrant consideration.
