The Sub-Committee is invited to pass the following resolution:-

That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of information as defined in Schedule 12A of the said Act.

To consider a complaint referred by the Monitoring Officer under the Members' Code of Conduct in respect of alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct for Members and decide whether any further action should be taken in accordance with the Council’s Procedures for the Assessment and Investigation of Standards Complaints.

Exempt – not for publication because the item contains information relating to any individual and also information which could identify any individual– categories 1 and 2.
