3.	Item Involving the Disclosure of Exempt Information View the background to item 3. The Sub-Committee is invited to pass the following resolution:- That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of information as defined in Schedule 12A of the said Act. 4.	Consideration of Investigation Report into a Complaint View the reasons why item 4. is restricted View the background to item 4. To consider the report of the Investigator into a complaint made against a Councillor that there has been a breach of the Code of Conduct. Minutes: The Sub-Committee considered a complaint made against a Councillor in respect of an alleged breach of the Code of Conduct for Members. Having considered all the representations, the Sub-Committee found that there had been a technical breach of Paragraph 6(a) and Paragraph 6(b)(ii) of the Worcester City Council Code of Conduct for Members. The Sub-Committee did not consider it appropriate to impose a sanction, although the Chairman will report the Sub-Committee’s findings to the next meeting of the Council.
