The Committee is invited to pass the following resolution:- That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of information as defined in Schedule 12A of the said Act. Minutes: RESOLVED: That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of information as defined in Schedule 12A of the said Act:- 1. Consideration of a complaint made against a Councillor in respect of a breach of the Code of Conduct The Sub-Committee determined to take no action in respect of the complaint. Exempt – not for publication as item contains information relating to any individual and also information which could identify an individual – categories 1 and 2.
