The Committee is invited to pass the following resolution:- That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of information as defined in Schedule 12A of the said Act. Minutes: RESOLVED: That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involved the likely disclosure of information as defined in Schedule 12A of the said Act:- Consideration of a Complaint made Against Councillors in respect of a Breach of the Code of Conduct for Members The Sub-Committee decided on no further action in respect of one of the Councillors, and referred the second allegation for investigation. Exempt – not for publication as the item contains information relating to any individual and also information which could identify an individual – categories 1 and 2.
