Minutes: The Sub-Committee considered an application for the grant of a Hackney Carriage vehicle licence and decided to grant the licence.

Review of a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire Driver's Licence View the reasons why item 24. is restricted To consider and determine whether a licence holder remains a fit and proper person to hold a licence to drive hackney carriage and private hire vehicles. Minutes: The Sub-Committee considered a review of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver’s Licence. The Sub-Committee decided to allow the applicant to continue to hold a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence.

Application for Grant of a Licence to Drive Hackney Carriage and Private Hire vehicles View the reasons why item 25. is restricted To consider and determine an application for the grant of a licence to drive hackney carriage and private hire vehicles. The Sub-Committee are asked to decide if the applicant is a fit and proper person to be granted such a licence. Minutes: The Sub-Committee considered an application for a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver’s Licence. The Sub-Committee decided to refuse the application as it is not satisfied that the applicant is a fit and proper person for the purposes of holding such a licence.
